Where we ship

GenkoYoshi currently ships to addresses within the United States.

We do not currently ship to Japan, the European Union, the United Kingdom, or other international destinations.

Production time

All notebooks are printed after an order is placed.

Most orders are produced within approximately 3–5 business days, although production may take longer during busy periods, holidays, supply interruptions, or other circumstances outside our control.

Shipping time

Shipping time begins after production is complete.

Estimated delivery dates and shipping options are shown at checkout. These are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Shipping rates

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the size of your order and the delivery address.

Any free-shipping offer, if available, will be clearly shown on the store at the time of purchase.

Tracking

Tracking information will be provided when available from the carrier or fulfillment partner.

Address accuracy

Please check your shipping address carefully before placing your order.

We cannot guarantee changes once production has started. We are not responsible for orders sent to an address entered incorrectly by the customer.

Delays and lost packages

Carrier delays, weather, customs, holidays, and other events outside our control may affect delivery.

If your order appears lost, contact us at info@genkoyoshi.com. We will investigate with the relevant fulfillment or shipping partner and work toward an appropriate solution.
